One Thumb Studio ("we", "us", "our") developed the mobile game Flap & Slay (the "Game") as an ad-supported application. This page explains what data is collected when you use the Game, how it is used, and who it may be shared with.

1. Information We Collect

We do not create or store personal user accounts. The Game does not require registration, email sign-in, or linking to social media.

However, third-party services embedded in the Game may automatically collect the following data:

• Game progress (level, in-game currency, unlocked skins, completed quests)
• Game settings (sound, language, etc.)

This data is stored only on your device via Capacitor Preferences and is never transmitted to our servers, as the Game does not use a backend server.

• Displaying relevant ads through AdMob (in accordance with your device's ad personalization settings)
• Processing optional in-app purchases
• Enabling gameplay and saving progress

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

The Game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized ads. You can disable ad personalization in your Android device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

5. Children and Age Restrictions

Flap & Slay is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove such information. Ad placements within the Game are configured in accordance with the app's applicable age rating on Google Play.

6. Data Security

We do not store sensitive data (passwords, payment details) on our servers — we do not operate any servers. All payments are processed directly through Google Play Billing.

7. Your Rights

• You can disable personalized ads in your device settings
• You can delete all local Game data by uninstalling the app from your device
• You can request information about data processed by AdMob through your Google Account settings

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Game's functionality changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically.
